2. For defects, paint peeling, and coating issues; Joint looseness, obvious parting lines, plastic burrs, gap sizes, and other similar issues cannot be guaranteed to meet the requirements and standards of all buyers. In addition, according to the after-sales instructions provided by toy manufacturers, such issues are not considered quality problems. Therefore, we are unable to return or exchange products with such problems. Please understand.

3. Before disassembling the plastic packaging bag of the assembled model, please carefully check for any problems. As we cannot define the responsibility issue after unpacking, we will not provide any after-sales service if any problems are found after unpacking

4. If the product has problems such as damage or missing parts, and our store needs to handle them after sales, the buyer needs to provide a complete unboxing video (one shot from the beginning of unpacking the package to the end, cannot be edited), clearly record the problematic areas, and then contact customer service to submit the video.
