What is the Delivery Time:
15-20 days for regular setting, regular color (Black/White ) for normal order, if bulk orders in busy season, it maybe longer.
Can we have OEM orders ,like print our logo on the workstation?
Yes, we accept OEM order with customer’s authorized logo, with extra cost and longer delivery time.
What is regular color for your workstation?
The regular color is white/black, chair is black color. We offer other colors as red/blue/yellow by for extra cost and longer delivery time.
What is the dimensions/reclining range?
Can we control the height for roof arm to avoid it hit the ceiling of room?
Yes, you can control the height of roof arm by controller.
Can monitor distance adjustable?
Yes, it is manual adjustable from 75-85cm .
Is RGB prebuilt and controllable ?
Yes,it is with a small remote controller to change the viewing effects.
Is HDMI/DP cables prebuilt? Can we swap the cables ourselves?
Yes,we prebuild HDMI cables for customer,you can also swap the cables easily.
Does the workstation comes with monitors & other peripheral?
No,we don’t sell monitors. Since customers has their own monitors and it’s quite easier and cheaper to get VESA compitable monitors On Amazon or local stores.
What kind of monitors is OK to connect with the workstations?
Most of the monitors with VESA 75 x 75, 100 x 100 install holes behind can be installed with the workstation.

Pls refer to specifications table for more accuracy. it can hang 3 x 29" monitor or add extra 2 monitors unpon this.
Is installation work complex for your workstation ?
We have detailed installation guide / video online for customers.
It takes 1-2 hours for regularly installation.
What is your Warranty ?
We provide 2 years warranty for the electronic parts of the workstation, for the structure itself, it’s made of very thick high
strength carbon steel, it strong enough for many years of normal use.
How do you handle after-sale services ?
We will have video call with customers to find out any issues of workstation , then send out the right replacement parts to
customers through courier, and guide customer to fix the problem by video call/show.
How long is the delivery ?
Unlike other suppliers in the market, we have stocks of regular models (Black color with Black seat) in

our warehouse LA area ready to ship. Free shipping to 48 continental US!
Usually takes 15-20 days after your made payment, we will send from California through different selected logistics. Custom color or options might take 4 to 6 weeks for production.
For International customers, delivery can be 4 to 6 weeks by ship depends on your location.
How do they shipped?
The IW-R1 Pro is packed in wooden crate on pallet.
It is shipped via truck and there will be extra charges for unloading from truck.
Where do you ship them from?
For USA customers, we ship from our warehouse in LA area,California.
For customers from other places, please email for detail.
For Australian Customers, we now have regular stock of IW-R1 Black color in Melbourne, VIC!
