FAQ

Q1. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide a sample; if we have ready-to-ship parts, we can send them right away; otherwise, it will have to wait for production. Customers must, however, cover the cost of the sample as well as the cost of delivery.

Q2.What is color option ?
A: We can provide a sample if we have ready-to-paint parts in store, but there is limited color selection. For container quantities, the color can be customized.

Q3. Can we do our logo or brand on the bike?
A: Yes, OEM is acceptable.

Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Scooters are usually packed in steel cases and coated in brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent and the quantity per order is greater than 100pcs, we can put the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.

Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: TT and LC is accepted. Sample order need 100% T/T advance. Container order could be 30%T/T as deposit, 70% balance paid before shippment.

Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, EXW, CIF.

Q7. How about your delivery time?
A: It will take 20-40 days after receiving your advance payment, the specific delivery time depends on the type of goods, order quantity and custom design of your order.

Q8. What condition of scooter when it arrives destination?
A: In order to save transportation space and transportation cost, we will remove someparts. After arriving at the destination, customers can simply install them, then it will be a complete vehicle.

Q9. What condition of Top speed and Max range ?
A: 1. Top speed always based on fully charge (83V-84V), tyre inflated and small wind road testing speed.
2. Driving habit and riders weight will effect a lot on range,here MAX range means 30-40km/h economical speed testing condition, no aggressive, no many stop and start, less slope road condition.
3. The full range and speed of the models can be found on the specification sheet.

Q10. What is scooter home plug pin?
A: Different country are different charging PIN and voltage,tell us exact type of charger before you place order.

Q11. What should riders be care ?
A: Always follow local traffic laws, never charge your motorcycle under the rain, always wear a helmet, and always check your brakes before riding.

Q12. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
